Campbell's Select Harvest

Tonight’s review is slightly random so bear with me!

There have been quite a few weeks of rain where I live and I have been craving soup and sandwiches. I usually enjoy those better during the cold months, on the other hand, rainy days are a good excuse too! I just could not help myself. Not sure if I am the only crazy person to enjoy hot soup during hot, muggy weather, however it is AWESOME!

I visited my local grocery store today and found my favorite type of soup (New England Clam Chowder). I looked around to see what kind of brand mood I was in today. I came across Campbell’s Select Harvest 100% Natural New England Clam Chowder.

I have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle but keep falling short. I kick myself in the rear a lot because I know that I can do much better. So why not try something new since it was right there in front of me? I have been disappointed before with items that prove to be healthy and great tasting.

I gave in and bought this new soup and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED‼ Campbell’s continuously has awesome tasting products but this one blew me away. It had all the flavor (and then some) of some of the best homemade clam chowders I have ever indulged myself in. It was healthy, easy on my budget, and packed with flavor.

And I love how honest they are on the label of ingredients:

“REAL INGREDIENTS ARE INGREDIENTS YOU UNDERSTAND. IN CASE YOU DIDN’T KNOW: Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate that comes from potato or corn starch.”

This made my day! Not too many companies address this issue on their food products.

Thanks Campbell’s for creating this outrageously, insanely good soup! If you are skeptical, please visit their website at http://www.campbellsoup.com/Products/Select-Harvest and investigate for yourself. Doesn't take much undercover work to discover the goodness.
